Rajeev Datta

I am a current first-year CS PhD Student at Cornell University, advised by Prof. Kavita Bala and Prof. Bharath Hariharan. I previously obtained my Bachelor’s degree from California Institute of Technology (Caltech) where I majored in Computer Science with a minor in Information and Data Sciences (IDS).

As an undergraduate researcher, I primarily worked with Carl F Braun Prof. Adam Wierman and Prof. Yisong Yue.

Broadly, my research interests are computer vision and machine learning, especially in building scalable multimodal AI systems that can learn under minimal supervision, generalize to unseen tasks, and produce interpretable outputs.
